I was behind in my payment to truworths at some point and my account was handed to a dodgy company for collection... I must emphasise that i brought my account up to date not at the prompting of this company as i never made any payment arrangement with them while paying back... I went instore today to get the account closed so that my dealings with truworth would cease, only to find that truworth has biled me again..I cannot pay for anything as I have not bought anything for months and this compsny did not make me pay my bills, I did it by myself... I want my account closed and that money chrged after I had completed my payment reversed... I am vrry sngry because Truworths has allowed this people to rip off a customer... what were those charges for if I had paid up my account since lastmonth?
