WHATS UP WITH THE POOR SERVICE

I took my ring in on Saturday the 30th of March for a quote on making it into a plain wedding band. Now i understand that it was Easter weekend so Vusi (WHICH WAS ALWAYS VERY HELP FULL AND ALWAYS CAME BACK TO ME AND GAVE US GOOD SERVICE IN THE STORE) the consultant told me the Jeweller is only coming in on Tuesday to access my ring and Quote. I then left it for 3 days because I know there is probably a Que and not just my ring must be done but, after the 4 days went by with no response I started to worry and Phoned. Vusi then told me the Jeweller has not been there at all and he will be in tomorrow which was today and then when I phoned today he still wasn't in and apparently he was only coming in after his prayer time. Vusi then phoned me tonight and said the jeweller will only be coming in tomorrow. Every day its just the next excuse and the next day. What the
