After many months of complaining to the head office and the branch, about the extremely loud and often unpleasant music that comes from the gym, which I live behind, we have finally had about 2 weeks of peace, thanks to Lindiwe. That is until tonight. I got home tonight at 17:45 and the voice of Adele was blaring through my lounge. I phoned the gym, Musa promised to turn the music down. Twenty minutes later it was still blaring, When I phoned back, Musa informed me that he had told Tshepo, the manager on duty about my complaint. When I asked to speak to Tshepo, I was kept holding and then the phone was put down! I phoned back, this time I spoke to Busi again asking to speak to the manager, again the phone was put down! Phoned a third time, spoke to Wonga, who kept me holding, and then told me the manager was too busy to talk to me and that I should phone back later!! After losing my temper, he took my number and promised to get Tshepo to phone me back. Needless to say Tshepo did not phone me back and the music /noise level did not change either. I will have no option but to take further action against Virgin Active, if this situation is not rectified immediately.
