On Monday 14 Jan 2013. I was shopping in parow centre I walked pass sterns and saw a ring in the display window pricing R 1500.00. When I went into the shop to purchase the ring they scanned it and the price was R 2000.00 without notifying me that the price had changed from R1500.00 to R2000.00. I then made a deposit on the R1500.00 but when I got the slip it stated R2000.00. When I queried this, I was told that the price in the window was wrong. After going back and forth and calls being made I was told that i cannot get it at the price I saw in the window and if I should cancel I have to pay a 10% cancelation fee, even the manager said it is a human error and the price cannot be changed to R1500.00 .I believe that the price you see is the price you pay!!
