Manager refused to give item for price on box

22Nov at 10:20am I tried to buy Rosebud house (Toy playhouse) which had price sticker of R110. At the till it scanned for R1500. The cashier, Gosiame Kgoadi, then called her supervisor who in turn called the manager. The manager said that she will not sell the product for me for the price on the box, checked if I tampered with the price - but she found that the round price sticker was secured by wide sellotape. She then went to look at the other boxes (I took the one in the front and did not check the rest) and came back to say that none of them had such rounds price stickers on and that she first has to investigate the price. I offered to wait for her to go to investigate the matter and was told that she does not know how long it will take. I asked to take a photo of the price and box with my phone as proof that that was the price on the box. The manager said I may not take a photo. She took the box away and simply left. They also did not take my details to contact me after the 'investigation'. Not only did they not follow their own price scanning policy, I was treated very rudely.
