I got a phone call at work from these people. i listened and i agreed to take ONE toner from them, which i received and paid. then they phone back and say o i was supposed to take 3, so i said ok, got them and paid them. the toners do work. then all of the sudden i was supposed to get 7 and they sent me four more which already caused a fight. after an argument and a promise that these are the final ones i got them and paid them. now the woman phones again after a month and say oops, it was actually 10. well, i dont care, i dont want any more, im not goING TO accept any more toners and i will not sign for or accept anything they send me. the courier will end up taking it back. they wanna talk to my boss about this, and they are more than welcome as soon as she comes back to work, but that might be a very bad idea. they threaten with random things like customer protection act and court and such, well, bring it, i know the acts as it is my job to know it. I DONT WANT TO DO ANY FURTHER BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
