I bought two bedside lamps on 10 January 2013 on lay-bye. When I went to settle the account on 17th March 2013 and collect the goods they were nowhere to be found. Secondly, the transaction was incorrectly recorded on the system as a bedroom suite instead of bedside lamps. When I requested a refund I was told there was no cash on hand and the money would be deposited into my bank account. I was then requested to provide confirmation from my bank account which I did. Then I was informed that the confirmation letter which provided my account details, identity number and the contact person at the bank did not meet their requirements therefore no payment would be made.
