Goods not delivered in almost 2months

I purchased a bedroom suite cash from Geen & Richards Queenstown on the 13nth of December to be delivered in Pretoria a week after my purchase. I paid for the delivery and handling fee on that same day. I have been following up almost daily and to date I have not received my goods. I do not even get a reasonable explaination as to why my goods have not been delivered. No one is taking responsibility for my account and no one seems to know if and when my goods will be delivered, but the money is in their bank account earning interest!
