I often go to De Grendal Checkers and I don't know why anymore. THe service is perthectic and Ricardo the manager is a waste of time and energy. Checkers is great at having weekly or speacials that runs for 2 weeks but this store would never have the advertised products available. When approaching the "manager" Ricardo with his open shirt where his chest hairs are visible (gross) he says " Sorry we're out of stock" but the day after the sale is finish the helves and freezers are packed full of stock that was on sale. It also seems the staff takes their lead from him as they are just as unhelpful as the manager and also have a sense of can't be bothered. This makes no sense and the attitude of Ricardo is not just frustrating its annoying and please tell the man to button up - no-one wants to see his chest hairs and gold chain. DISGUSTED IN THE ATTITUDE AND SERVICE OF THIS STORE ALL ROUND
