Goodday,

I really still wonder why I am still doing bussines with IC.
I went to my branch on Thuesday to apply for a IC card. The form was already filled in and my payslip and id with me. First of all they told me my documentation is incorret. I showed them on the back of the form what was required. They told me it will take 24 hours after submitting the form I will have a answer. It has been 48 hours and I phoned the customer service, sorry sir we have no records of a application on our system.

After I watched them faxing the application.

It is not like I have the rest of my life to wait for this.

I have had so many problems before with IC.
