On the 3rd September 2012, my son Miguel went to Tshwane Univeristy to do career counselling and apply for studies for 2013. While my son was doing his Career Counselling, I went to the admissions to apply. I first went to the information in Block 4 where they gave me an application form and a list of study careers to choose from. When I filled in the form, I went to pay the R220.00 application fee. She took my money and gave me a computerized receipt. When I gave the application in with the receipt, I was told I don't get a copy. They will contact me with results. During the next 3 months I went personally there, phoned, e.mailed and was told it hadn't been processed. I contacted another lady in a different department who told me he wasn't even on the system. So where was his application and where was the money I paid for the application? If the receipt was computerized, surely he would be on the system. I then e.mailed the papers when I complained to them and they said they would contact me. It was me again who had to phone only to be told he didn't qualify for the course. There is still no proof they entered him in the system. They have ruined my son's life fo
