3 Years ago I purchased a Russell Hobbs microwave oven at Game at the East Rand Shopping Centre, paid R1000 and a year later my microwave did not warm up the food. Cost to fix was not worth it and I decided on a good Defy. Now again, just over a year ago I purchased a Russell Hobbs Kettle and it started with the light going on and of, and eventually the kettle don't work anymore. I do not have the receipt anymore, BUT I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED to pay some much for this name brand, yet again to be dissapointed by Russell Hobbs. NEVER again will I purchase any of your products again.
