I bought my Blackberry from Foschini last year arround May at The Boulders mall in Midrand JHB; the phone has been freezing for a while now; the memory card does not work and the battery goes flat in a short space of time even if its not fully functional. i went to Foschini in Bayside Table View as i moved to cape Town for the phone to be fixed and i do understand they had to get the paper work in JHB as i lost it but i have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for someone to call me to bring the phone in for repairs. its really frustrating waiting arround after being given the run arround and nothing is being done; i've purchased Blackberry bundles for this month and my bundles are gona go to waste as i can't use my phone at the moment.
all i want is for this to be sorted speedily as am sitting with a phone that am still paying and not enjoying the services/benefits am suppose to get. am really not happy with the service am getting and i really don't want to throw tentrums; i just want the service i deserve as a client just like everyone else.
