My mother did her last purchase on the 09/11/2013 at foschini in JHB Eloff street when we where also cancelling the insurance on the phone that was taken for the phone in June 2013 blackberry 9900.Then there was currently due amount was R4.453.49 on the statement dated 12/11/2013, When I went to make a payement of R600 02/12/2013 at sportscene Jabulani Mall when they said the amount due is R11.858.50. when i called my mother and made her aware of this and she said she never did any purchases, she then went to the Foschini in JHB Elloff street where they told her she did purchases at sportscene, foschini, markham in Pavilian Mall in Durban and she has never went to durban and based in Soweto, this is very frustrating if cust are treated like and they get shocking bills on their account this needs to be sorted ASAP this might ruin her credit record. She has even lost her card she has the card with her this shows incompitency on the Foschini store on how the purchase could have been made when she had her card with her. This is daylight this needs to be stopped its and Foschini will lose businness if they are not keep the cust happy and updating them of the purchases
