I bought a couch on the 8th of December 2012, it broke recently and I have been trying to contact Mr Price Home in The Grove shopping mall for the past hour, but no one picks up the phone. I am still calling as I write this, but still no answer. I want to take the couch back on Saturday since it is still under a 1 year guarantee, but I can't make any plans to do so because I can't get a hold of anyone there. I have triple checked the number and it is correct - (012) 807 4284. Can someone contact me so I can organise to take this couch back!
