I purchased a phone from markham and sent it in for repairs, when I got the phone back it worked for a short period of time and then the trackpad stopped working, I took the phone back to markham in october and they wil not fix the phone, the phone that I received from them has no iemi number and therefore will not be fixed by mtn though mtn cust care clarified that the phone was repaired by them and asked to go back to markham to sort the issue. Markham management will not do anything as they say its not their problem. Till today the phone has not been fixed. The phone has no iemi number yet it is supplied by mtn. I have had no satisfaction and cannot take it up further as I cannot afford to fight the case in a court of law.
