Maggots found in biscuits

I am very appalled and actually still in shock with what has happened, During my lunch i went down to food lovers market to purchase biscuits, when i am about to eat them i broke one and found maggots on the inside of the biscuit. i immediately went down to the store and complained because this is unacceptable and did not receive much help from the salesman on the floor. I thereafter came back and called the manager and filed the complaint. He said he will get back to me as to what the problem is, BUT considering that this is a food establishment, IT IS UNACCEPTABLE... i find that they have not helped me to the best of their ability and this is an unpleasant experience. I would like this matter to be taken further...
