On the 24th of Jan 13 i received a call from a sales lady Lebohang saying that i can come and purchase my items since there was stock of it. I went to the shop on the 25th, and paid cash for the goods. She said delivery would be made on saturday, latest monday. On Saturday i phoned the shop and Lebo said on Monday, Monday no delivery. Today its wednesday still no delivery, so I call Furniture city, a lady tells me her system is down and she will call email wharehouse to find out what happened, and would call me back. So she doesnt call back. I phone again, and NOMFUNDO tells me that I must phone the warehouse to track my delivery? Did i purchase this things there? Is it my responsibility to follow up with their warehouse on my deliveries? of is an understatement, they were very quick to recieve my money and now are telling me to literally go jump and make my own deliveries happen, for the second time nogal, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
