I am totally disappointed by the servive I received at the Bryanston Branch of Checkers. On Sunday I went to the shop and amongst other items I purchased two pies. I opened one of the pies and it was off and had a funny smell. Because this was not the first time I bought goods that were not fresh at this shop I went back to the shopa and returned both pies and asked for a refund. This is not the kind fo servive I expect from Checkers!!! As if that wasn't enough the lady at the front office who was asked to assist me with the refund had a hostile attitude and didnt even offer an apology for the fact that I was sold rotten goods and I wasted my time going back and forth to the shop.
The pie was so off that it had a stench to it so that gives an indication as to how old it was!! Now imagine if I hadnt been vigilant and had consumed it. And the attitude of the staff was appaling. The food manager was helpful but the lady at the front office was hostile and another gentleman apologised while she stood there glaring at me!!
