I try to access my foschini online account to see what balance due is. but every time i try to log in to the costumer account log in they tell me that my information can not be retrieved. I have accessed it once before but now i cant see how much i am suppose to pay. i have emailed the customer service with this regard but with no answer. i am getting really fed up having to guess each month how much i should pay and fearing that i pay to little and get bad credit to my name. i use to receive my statement by mail but has since moved and if i could get online would be able to request an emailed statement.
