Adding phone bills on customer invoice

Hi, I have received two phone calls from Foschini call centre last month reminding me about my account is in arrears, I was only short by one instalment, so I made a maximum payment last month, when I seen my statement, I noticed that all calls that are made to the customer, is added to the customers statement. They have called me again and I cut the lady off because I no if I explain the payment on the phone, the longer they take with me on the phone, that the amount that they will charge me. So I got to pay Foschini for reminding me, which is not fair. I have an outstanding balance of R200, excluding this months instalments. I will free this account and throw the card away, because foschini doesn't value there customer. My current credit value is sitting at R16000, why give the customers this amount, when they harass you for R200. This is a rip off. Neran Vejrajh.
