Bought a laptop for my son and they discovered that they no longer have it in the storeroom and was told later to take the one used as a demo. I agreed to take it, My son then told me that he cant use the computer that was used as a demo because he doesnt know how long they've been using it as a demo. The shop had already closed because I bought it few minutes before they closed. Today which is the next day I went there to return it and I was told that they cant take it back and I must read Terms and conditions and from the terms and conditions listed at the back of the slip which were never discussed with me, there is nothing that says I must not return it. The laptop was used as a demo and I did not know that it is not right to buy it and no discount was given. What is your advice on this? THEMBI
