A few weeks ago I placed an online purchase for home delivery. Suffice to say that my order was never delivered because 'the driver could not find my place'. I cancelled my order and was given a refund.
Yesterday I placed another order for home delivery - which was supposed to be done between 2-5pm today. Can you guess: yeah they didn't deliver once again and there was no phone call or explanation from anyone. I am SO disappointed in their service and I have made a vow: as soon as I have paid up my account I'm going to close it!! Their service BIG TIME!!
