I see that Verimark responds using the same answer to every complain! This is even worse than their "Slushy Magic" product! I've frozen the cubes to the point where they are "rock-hard" and there were still no slush!
I just wonder if Verimark's top bosses will buy their children this unslushable product!
You advertisements are misleading the public and the children... which is worse! Has anyone thought about going to the Consumer Complaints Directorate? Because I am!!!
You spend R100 on something that is suppose make you children happy, but only disappoints them!
And please Verimark, don't even bother sending an automated reply... you'll just be embarrassing your company
