Went to Longbeach Musica to exchange a gift we received for 2 ADDTIONAL items that were in fact MORE than the gift and we were more than happy to pay the extra in... but NO WAYS!!! Somehow there was NO MANAGER and no regional manager could be contacted. Just shocking that it is NO WAYS... SORRY!!! So off we went, and I managed to get what we were looking for at HALF the price somewhere else... and yes IDENTICAL PRODUCTS IDENTICAL COLOURS!! So sorry Musica you lost a sale... but we still have our items... Wont be going there again!
