Esther needs some training on customer service

I was at this store on Wednesday 27 March. I asked Esther to check the price for Rennies tablet for me as it was not visible on the shelf. She tells me with an attitude that its not possible as she has already rang other items. When I tell her that I'm a regular buyer at PnP and I never heard of such a thing. Again she replies with an attitude that PnP's don't operate the same. The last straw was when I asked her if she had swiped my smart shopper card she agrees by nodding her head. Utterly dissapointed as I always get the best service at this store.
