@Home reluctant to refund

On 17 Feb 2013 we bought a Nespresso Coffee machine (R4250.00) with the understanding that the capsuals used by the machine can be obtained via internet with free delivery or been bought at Sandton City. We also had to register to the Club which we did. The assistant advised that we test all the various flavours of the free samples to ensure we are confident which flavour to order in future, which we did. When we want to order we realised that only orders over R1000.00 are free of delivery charge and other orders are charged R95.00 per order. On Friday 1 Mch2013 we tried to contact the callcentre three times, but were unable to get connected to an operator. We took the machine back to @Home and requested a refund, however they claims that Nespresso should refund us and that the machine is use and therefore cannot put is back on the shelf and Nespresso claims @Home should refund. We in the middle and had we been provided with the correct detail/information from the start, we would not have considered buying this model coffee machine. Please assist us to settle the matter.
