I bought a wall unit with a coffee table package last year June / July, the unit was delivered faulty. I reported it and they said it was noted and itI will be swopped with the defect free one and early this year in Jan the coffee table broke, I also reported it and asked them to come and replace the faulty items with the ones that are in good condition, even to this day I`m still waiting for the exchange to take place and it breaks my hear because every month money is being debited from my account to pay Bears store for the items I dont even use because of the extra damages I`m afraid they might cause to my other furniture due to their unusable condition they are in. I`m tired of this all i want is for the store to come take their goods and we get my contract annoult
