BAD ATTITUDE, BAD Service

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my parents, they are old and do no have access to computer. Last year around August my dad (S. Mbuli 0766498003) bought couches and a coffee table from Russels. The goods got delivered but the coffee table was not in a good condition, the legs were glued. A month later they realised that even the couches are losing their shape so fast. They contacted the shop and they were told that they will come fetch the couches. My parents asked for how long will they take them for and RIAN said he does not know, my mom then requested that in the interim the shop must provide them with a two seater couch that they can use and RIAN said they will get that in. Then the couches were never fecthed. As a result of being andry my parents skipped payments and the account is in arears. The delivery guy even said that how could the sales lady Virginia sell the cofee table tothem because it was not in a gud condition. We have asked discount on the goods but with no luck. Two weeks ago my parets went back to the shop to find out about the goods, RIAN said they must go to Malema, called them Kafeers and so forth. IS this the service you give to elders?
