Advert for Red Square Energize

On the 28/04/2013 I drove to Pick 'Pay Liqour in Brackenhurt to buy two packs of Red Square Energizer that were advertised for R45.99 per pack. When I arrived at the till I was charged R82.99 per pack I ask the cashier why is charging me R82.99 she said to me there was an error on the advert and I asked to speak to the manager who told me that there is nothing he can do for me I must CALL their Head office Marketing Department because they've made a mistake. I refused to call their Head Office I told him, he should do the calling. He then called Head Office and told me that the is no one answering the phone. On Tuesday the 02/04/2013 I called Pick'pay Head Office I was sent from pillar to post and finally I managed to get hold of the call center i related my terrible story to the agent he promised to get hold of Ralph the manager of Brackenhurst and he will give me the feedback within 24hours til today am still waiting for the feedback all am asking is that Pick'n Pay must pay me back my petrol money that Ive used to and fro because clearly their managers cant make decision they don't know what is service failure recovery.
