The company calls you to sell cartridges at a good price and they last longer etc etc. Saying you can only test it and if you satisfied you can order. So they send you the ink with an Invoice which you have to pay, so you do it because it is just fair as you using the ink. So they call you again after a while saying there is an outstanding order to complete the order with their company, so you think ok well the ink worked and you do need ink so you say ok, send it. After you have received it and paid the invoice, they call again saying you need to complete the order because they gave you discount (in the form of a small voucher) and then force you to order more and the calls just don't stop and they keep harassing you forever.
How do you deal with issues like these?
If you have not signed a contract to say that you will order a certain number of products over a period of time or if nobody has informed you that you have to order in bulk?
