I received an email this morning from my company, to show that Debonair was giving R100 voucher if you placed your order with Internet Explorer 10. I placed my order and received confirmation of the order. After waiting a while for the branch to call me, I decided to call them.
They informed me that they had received my order, and they are delivering just now. I question as to how much I would pay, they told me R96.20. (Which is the full price.) However on my invoice it clearly shows no cost.
I have now been fighting for more than 1 hour to try and receive my order. Your staff are incompetent. "Let me take your number" is there favourite line, and guess what they never call back!
Sure its a free order, and yes i generally do buy from you, however after this.
Pathetic service. I will never order from your useless company again!
