They deducted a debit order from my bank account without any authorisation from me. I contacted their call center on the 1st March they gave me a reference number (MC66917) and said they would gave feedback within 5 working days, on the 8th march i called them back then they wanted proof that it is my bank account, i faxed them a bank statement and they said the money would be paid back. On the 18th March i phoned them back because nothing was done and no feedback from them, then there lame excuse was they didn't receive the bank statement because the fax number was wrong, so i faxed the statement again to the new number. But i don't think anything will be done.
