I'm trying to get my account sorted out with the call center, but somehow they have been transferring me through 4 different pple and not one could assist me! i phoned from my cellphone and used all my airtime, without no assistance! i am very very dissapointed in the services! why for peaksakes should i even try and pay my account if i cant even get proper assistance? I need feedback immediately!
