As you would see on my last complaint last year, i went into russels to purchase a tv and a bed, the next week i went back and asked if they can remove the tv from the purchase because i d0nt need it anymore, this was before it anything was delivered. so they did remove the tv and they said to me that the tv licence i purchased would also be removed since I DONT HAVE A TV. then i got a bill for the tv licence and went to them they said they would sort it out that was last year, now im getting sms's telling me i should pay my tv licence, why should i pay tv licence when i dont even have a tv, really i am sick and tired of Russels every time i think i am finished with them and their pathetic service something else comes up. i will not pay for their mistakes and i want them to fix this stupid mistake!!!
