I once purchased a Tv at russels and now the tv is no longer working its been 3yrs now and i once received a call from 1 of the account consultant regrding my account of which i tried to dispute to pay the TV Licence reason being i have reported about not using the TV anymore its been burnt by lightning its been 3years now and was no longer working by then, they said i have to pay the amount then after they will cancel my account but suprisingly i have received an sms stating that i must pay R700 bfore 2013 bill has been added. i really dont understand why should i pay something that is no longer in service.
