I stay in Budlerstreet 105, Nylstroom for the past 21 years after my divorce in 1989 'and is in use of Mrs, PC Kotze's Tv licence number as above. She also provide for me. The settlement agreement determine that my ex-wife receive all movables such as the Tv. Yearly she pay the licence Records can be traced. Every year since 1989 I receive at first a reminded invoice and later legal action statements. Every year I explain and include the relevant supporting documents. Up to date I received a statement of R5550.70 for the year 1/03/2013-28/02/2014. I am realy sick and tired as I don't receive any outcome and hope you will be able to help.
I am a pensioner receiving Government pension and suffer currently from a stomic peptic as result of stress and are very worried about the licence. I dont know what to do any more and hope you can help please!
