Pathetic Customer Service

My edgars account has been through the rica process and approved in November 2012. however this year in march, my account has been blocked without my notification and needs another rica update. So after submitting the relevant documents again, my account is still blocked after 2 weeks and I can not even make an installment for the month. there is no feedback from the customer care regarding this and my calls are not getting the answers i require. So just how long do I wait? Until my account is in arrears and I'm being called by debt collectors to remind me of payment due?
This is rediculous service.
