I bought couches from furncity in Sept 2010 and i skipped 2 months payment to my surprise on 15/11/2010 the manager and the saleslady were at the reception at my workplace to collect the money. i told them i was planning to go to the store and pay, yes indeed i went and pay furiously about the treatment i got from them and reported that the couche were sagging, the armrest was broken and the cushions were empty. I waited, called and billed with no solution to the problem. I called them to say i will stop paying if they don't solve my complain. I then received calls from the warehouse with so many stories and finally the store phoned me to ask what is it that i want i told them to go and fetch the couches i wanted to buy myself genuine couches. I then received a call from African bank now asking why am i not paying i told them to contact the store as they had the deal with the store not me and to my surprise i never went to African Bank for a loan to buy the couch, that was their agreement with the store and worst part i was advised to involve them, i did but never got assisted. On 2013/02/28 they debited R1420 from my account. I refuse paying for something i am not happy with
