Edgars Letting Me Down In a Time Of Need

On the 11.03.13 I had a querie on my my Edgars Hospital cashback plan and spoke to Sandile aswell as Jabu with a Ref No:180639144 who prommised me that I will be contacted in 72 Hours. Yesterday on the 25.03. I phoned again because nobody contacted me I spoke to Emanuel who I told I want feedback no later than this morning and even waited intill now but still no feedback>please dont tell me that they are to busy to get back to all Customers in time because when your acc is overdue by 24 hours you can be sure that you will be contacted every day intill you made a payment. I took out this Hospital Cash back Plan for a back up when needed. My Daughter was admitted on the 03.03.2013 with Bacterial Meningites and was fighting for her life. I had to take unpaid leave because my daughter was sick for more than 3weeks now and took her from 1 Dr to another in we rushed her to hosp on the 03.03 unresposive and could not leave my 2year old alone in hosp and relied on my Edgars Hospital Cah back plan. She was discharged on the 10.03 and re-admitted on the 19.03 with complicated meningites that caused a stroke and bloodclot in the brain aswell as brain Dammage. This is a bad time for us now this.
