While on holiday in SA, we purchased an original artwork on march 26th 2013.
We were guaranteed to have a shipment tracking code via email by the time we got home 2 weeks later.
After more than 18 mail exchanges and 80 weekdays neither Nicolette Ingilosi, the artist, nor Sue James the sales rep at Ingilosi Art Gallery were able to provide a valid tracking number or other proof that the artwork has indeed been shipped. We are now taking legal action.
