I bought an oil heater at Makro Centurion which was on special . 2 weeks later it was not working. I exchanged for another one at Woodmead. 2 months later, that is also not working. I wrote to Makro on their website and received a confirmation that they would respond to me within 24 hours. I am still waiting weeks later with a broken heater during winter. Does promotion mean you are selling rejects?
