From Makro managers. Bad service

Makro ran a promotion on an appliance but our centurion branch was out of stock. The Woodmead branch indicated they still had stock. We drove through to Woodmead only to be told sorry there is no stock. This was in peak hour traffic on a friday. I told the sales assitant we were not impressed. He said he is a manager and can take our details and arrange that we can get it for the promotion price from the Centurion branch once they get stock. He also stated this will be on Tuesday the 29th of Jan 2013. He gave us his business card and took our details. 1 week later and we did not receive a call. We phoned the Centurion branch and they said no such arrangement was made with them. We phoned the number on the business card only to be told Diliza is on leave and they cant assist us. What a waste of petrol and money. Im tired of wasting my money on phone calls and petrol to try and resolve this. I will simply take my business elsewhere.
