On 2013-03-24 I went to the store to enquire about the watch i booked in for repairs in January, I found the consultant who was not even wearing name tag hence i presumend that her name is Tumi because thats what was written on the slip, She was busy on her cellphone with a private converstaion, then i waited for a while for her to get finish but still she was not hanging up and i took out the slip and gave it to her and she start searching for my watch still on her cellphone and no word to me as yet, then another customer enter the shop and thats when she decided to be excuse from the phone and she greeted the other client and I ask her if she was not going to greet me and with an attitude she says hello, and i raised a concern that ive been in the shop for minutes and not even greeted by her or at least to say im still looking for your watch because she was on the phone making the up and downs searching for the watch. I ask her if she is not going to apologise for the bad attitude and she informs me that she is not going to apologise as she did nothing wrong. R we not suppose to greeted and nogal why should i listen to a private converstaion, im still shocked even now with the att
