Reaction after complaint on Hellopete

I just want to give some feedback after placing my complaint here on Hellopeter last week on my order from Acornkids that I never received. Vicky at Acornkids replied on that and was very helpful. She apologized for not getting back to me after my email in January as they never received it. I did receive my money back and I did receive an email from Kerry Ann Mosgrove saying that it was an INDEPENDENT sale that she made and that Acornkids was never to blame. She apologized for not getting back to me and for the bad publicity she caused Acornkids. I want to thank Acornkids for the support they gave me and I also want to apologize if my complaint on Hellopeter caused them bad publicity. I just didn't know where to go as I did not hear anything from Kerry Ann and as she said that she would find out from Head office what happened to my parcel.
