I placed an order on the Homechoice website last week. If I didn't check the website to see how far my order was I would've never have known that my order was cancelled due to no stock, even though when I placed my order it showed there was.
The order was cancelled on Monday and I have yet to receive any sort of confirmation.
The order was for a special occasion and what frustrates me is that I would've been blissfully ignorant about the cancelled order until it was too late to do anything about it. They weren't even able to give me a discount voucher for the trouble they made!
