I E-mailed Mr Price on the 8th of March surrounding a bag that my wife bought me for Christmas. This same bag has now puled loose at three different places even though I have kept the weight I loaded the bag under the 24L capacity.
Lianne van Niekerk came back to me advising that I can return the bag for a refund, even though I advised her that we no longer have the slip. I told her that I do not want a refund, I want a bag where after a week and me e-mailing her again, she advised that I can go to the Alberton City branch where she has arranged a bag for me as an alternative.
So surprise surprise I arrive at the store yesterday and the manager Poppie refuses to give me the bag as the bag as that I previously bought was reduced and I would have to pay in AND give them my slip. Lianne advised me that she arranged with them that I do not have a slip.
So now, thanks to the excellent service I received, I still have a broken bag!
I think that there is a total lack of communication at Mr Price and that it caused the loss of a customer who on a regular bases buys from the Mr Price Sports store
Pathetic to say the least.
