Lack of replacing incorrect chairs deliverd

No customer service or follow up, no calls returned or updates on tracing the correct chairs.
Over 2 weeks of waiting for the correct chairs to be found and 1 week of 6 chairs having to be "quality checked" after delivery having been promised. I continuously have to phone in to find out progress made.
All payments made in full and no service what so ever or attention to detail - no one seems to care or be bothered don't know who else to speak to as no one bothers to get back to you
Customer Service is shocking and most frustrating. Certainly will not be my store of choice for future purchases
