Poor service - horrible attitude

I have been quiet for too long and enough is enough!!! I was at Pick& Pay Malvern, and queried a "unit" price on one of the products, all the others I tested worked out with the exception of 1, after waiting for the manager (10 mins and the store was empty), I eventually had to track her down myself after numerous intercom calls, she said that the unit price is for them not us and she could not do anything about it, she said she will find out but took no details from me, furthermore I told her that she must just go and see how busy Checkers is (her direct competitor) across the way and she mentioned that they do in a very bland way... my question is WHAT IS SHE DOING ABOUT GETTING CUSTOMERS BACK!!! like it used to be? not too long ago, absolutely pathetic attitude!!! this is not the first time I have had issues with this individual whom I the consumer pay her salary (stopping short of calling her a manager), Malvern you have dropped the ball big time!!! month end is coming up and if she is there when I stop over, I WILL take my money elsewhere and encourage the rest of my family to do same!! Thanks for messing up my day yesterday!!
