This pick 'n pay has a lotto machine in the cigarette counter, what puzzles me is that some of the till operators will tell u that they don't know how to operate this machine. That makes me wonder whether their training is up to scratch, sometime when it is busy they will just place an "out of order" slip but when 1 of their staff want to play they allow it. it is so strange what they doing.
